How I Trade the Market

Forex trading is very risky and difficult to be profitable. You must understand how I trade before you commit to my service.

First, a profitable Forex trader must have a winning system which can produce consistent results. My trading system contains the following 2 aspects:

1. Identify the market direction: The market movement is totally random with 3 possible directions: uptrend, downtrend or side way. I must identify where the market is going to move before I can make an entry decision. However, there is no sure things, such as indicators, about where the market direction will be. I identify the market direction purely based on my 6 years Forex trading experience.
2. Entry decision: Once the market direction is identified as uptrend or downtrend (no trade on side way), I use my own entry system, called 50K line system, to open a position with market order. 50K line system is my own indicator for precise entry point.

Since the market directions and its possibilities can be uptrend for 33%, downtrend for 33% and side way for 33%, I must mentally prepare for a losing trade every time I open a position. Because we all know and accept losing is part of trading, we need to well manage our trading risks as below.

Risk management

I always risk 2% to earn up to 6% return per trade. With 1:3 risk/reward ratio, I should be very profitable even I only win 33% of the time as discussed above (every 2 losing trades of 2% each for 1 winning trade of 6% equals to 2% net profit). However, there is one more important aspect in Forex trading which can ruin our trading accounts in no time even we have winning systems with great money management.

Emotion aspect

We all know emotion is the most important aspect in Forex trading assuming we have winning system with great risk management. The following solutions provide me the best trading emotion environment which leads to best possible results for my clients.

• Use demo account to produce signals for our clients to copy my trades: Trading with demo account can eliminate the 2 main emotions - greed and fear. it will produce better results for our clients.
• Update: I am now using smaller live account to produce signals to ensure we all, my clients and I, get the the same prices.
• Accept 2 clients per week on Friday only: It helps me to better manage my clients as well as my emotion feeling.
• Only communicate with my clients on no trading day: I only communicate with my clients on Friday, Saturday and Holidays when the market is closed so I can 100% focus on the market when I am trading.
• Physical and mental exercise every day: The mind and the body are actually a single system. Our physical health affects our mental health. It's very important to be health both physically and mentally as a Forex trader.
