No trades due to the technical issue with FXCM (Mar 16, 2010)
I had tried to place 5 trades but none of them were accepted by the FXCM platform since early morning of Mar 15. I called FXCM noon time on Mar 15 and was told it will be fixed in few hours. I tried to place trades again on Mar 16 without success. I called them again and escalated to FXCM manager and got the following email.

"Thank you for your time. FXCM is aware of the technical issue your account has been experiencing for the past 2 days and we are working to resolve this issue now. The technical issue should be resolved by tomorrow.

We apologize for the lost trading opportunities that you and your clients may have missed.

If you have any questions please let me know and I will contact you once fixed.

Regards,

I have spent a lot of energy to work with this issue and believe I may have emotion issues due to missing some of good trades. For this reason, I will only start trading again when I feel 100% health both mentally and physically. It means I may not trade this week. I hope you can understand that everything I do is to make sure I can produce the best possible results for my clients.
